2023 is a special year for ICE STONE. After COVID-19, it was the year we went abroad to meet customers face-to-face; It was the year customers can visit the warehouse and purchase; It was the year we moved from our old office to a new bigger one; It was the year we expanded our warehouse. The most importantly, This year is our tenth anniversary.
In order to celebrate this milestone, our company organized an unforgettable trip to Japan for all employees to experience the coulture and beauty of different countries. During this 6-day trip, we can enjoy the journey without worry and just relax ourselves.
This carefully planned 6 day trip allowed every employee to experience the unique charm of Japan first-hand.
As soon as we got off the plane, our first stop was Sensoji Temple and the Skytree, known as "Japan's tallest tower". Along the way, we saw many unfamiliar words and unique buildings, we were in an exotic setting. These two attractions show the collision of tradition and modernity. Climb the Skytree and overlook the night view of Tokyo, and feel the modernity and brilliant night of Japan.
The next day, we entered Ginza--Asia’s shopping paradise. It shows us a modern atmosphere, with famous brands and shopping malls gathered together, making people feel like they are in a sea of fashion. In the afternoon, we went to the Doraemon Museum which is located in the countryside of Japan. Driving into the countryside, we felt as if we had entered the world of Japanese anime cartoons. The houses and street scenes were exactly the same as what we saw on TV.
We also came to the most unforgettable place on this trip - Mount Fuji. When we get up early in the morning, we can go to the Japanese hot springs, look at Mount Fuji in the distance, and enjoy the quiet morning time. After breakfast, we started our hiking trip. We finally arrived at Mount Fuji’s 5th Stage to experience the scenery, and we were amazed along the way. Everyone was moved by this gift of nature.
On the fourth day, we headed to Kyoto to experience Japan’s most traditional culture and architecture. There are maple leaves everywhere on the road, as if they are warmly greeting guests.
Last few days, we went to Nara and had close contact with the "sacred deer". In this strange country, no matter where you are from, these deer will play and chase with you enthusiastically. We are in close contact with nature and feel the emotion of living in harmony with deer.
During this trip, members not only experienced the cultural charm of Japan and the magnificence of historical sites, but also deepened our bonds and emotional exchanges with each other. This trip for everyone's busy 2023 has a touch of relaxation and warmth. This trip to Japan will become a beautiful memory in the history of ICE STONE, and will also inspire us to work together in the future to create a brighter tomorrow.
